Northline Guides
An education desk beside the application, not inside it.
Northline explains how U.S. brokerage accounts are opened, funded, and used, and how to reach the customer support desk of the firm that holds the account.
What we do
- Publish guides to the public account-opening steps at major U.S. brokers.
- Explain orders, account types, and funding in ordinary language.
- Show the phone numbers and menu paths those firms publish for their own support.
- Answer a consultation request or a support ticket by email, about the process you are stuck on.
What we do not do
- We are not a broker-dealer. We do not open, hold, or trade your account.
- We are not a registered investment adviser. We do not tell you what to buy, how much to buy, or how to allocate a portfolio.
- We are not Robinhood, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, E*TRADE, Vanguard, Interactive Brokers, Webull, Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, Crypto.com, or any other firm named here, and we do not speak for them.
- We do not take passwords, two-factor codes, seed phrases, private keys, Social Security numbers, or remote control of your computer.
Who the guides are for
Adults who live in the United States and are opening or using a personal brokerage or IRA account. Workplace plans such as a 401(k) are administered by the employer’s provider. We can point you to the right published phone line. We do not administer the plan.

Northline desk
Get help with the step you are on.
Answer a few short questions. You will get a Northline ticket number on this page, and a reply from our desk in 3–4 hours. This does not open a case at a broker or a crypto exchange, and it is not a promise of profit.
