What we collect

If you use Get help, we require your name, phone number, and email, and we store the issue you describe, the page you were on, the time, and the IP address of the submission. The consultation form requires your name and phone number. Email, the message, the U.S. state, the broker, and the topic are stored when you fill them in. We ask you not to send a Social Security number, a password, a one-time code, a seed phrase, a private key, an account number, or a payment card number. The forms reject messages that look like they contain those secrets.

The site uses a session cookie so the form can be checked for forgery and so a ticket number can be shown after you submit. We do not sell the form contents and we do not run a third-party advertising pixel on this site.

How we use it

We use the form contents to reply to your request and to keep a record of it. A Get help reply is a message from Northline about the process, aimed for within 3–4 hours. It is not a promise that a broker or exchange will approve an account, reverse a transfer, or produce a profit. We try to email the ticket number and the details you entered to the address you gave. We do not send them to Robinhood, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, E*TRADE, Vanguard, Interactive Brokers, Webull, Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, Crypto.com, or any other firm.

How long we keep it

Requests stay in a private file on the server until the operator deletes them. Use Get help and include the ticket number if you want a request deleted.

Hosting logs

The company that hosts the website may keep standard server logs, including IP address and the page requested.
