How to contact Kraken support

In-app chat and Kraken’s Support Center, without a public phone number.

There is no public Kraken support number

Kraken’s own support article says voice support is available only through the Kraken, Kraken Pro, or Krak mobile apps, and only when the app shows Call us. Kraken says it does not publish a direct dial-in number, and that a phone number found online claiming to be Kraken support should be treated as phishing.

On the web, start at support.kraken.com. In the app, open Support and use chat. If Kraken needs to call you, its article says the call is arranged in advance and you confirm it in the app with a one-time check. If that check is not there, hang up and open the app yourself.

Write one clear case

  • Sign in yourself. Do not give the password to a helper.
  • Pick the closest topic: sign-in, a deposit, a withdrawal, or a trade.
  • Include the date and the amount. Do not paste a recovery phrase or a private key.
  • Keep the chat reference. Kraken is the only firm that can see that case.
